Staying

124 Kings Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 2FA

No. 124 by GuestHouse feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into an exceptionally well-designed seaside home. Set directly on the seafront, it blends Brighton’s playful creativity with genuine comfort and warmth, creating an atmosphere that’s relaxed, stylish, and quietly indulgent.

The interiors are beautifully judged—thoughtful details, rich textures, and a sense of personality that avoids both stiffness and trend-chasing.
