Field Trip Spa

124 Kings Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 2FA

Secreted away behind the Regency façade of the No. 124 is Field Trip Spa Brighton. The story of our spa begins outside, with aromatic wild gardens flanking the entrance creating an oasis in the city.

A strikingly modern marvel, Field Trip Spa at No.124 creates a cocooning atmosphere as you step inside, through the use of beautiful natural materials, and is almost cave-like in how you are transported away from the noise and bustle of everyday life. But this is only part of the journey, with the 1st floor being bathed in natural light, with soothing natural plaster walls continuing the enveloping and nurturing feeling the space creates.

For our treatments, our skilled therapists await to listen to your needs and tailor highly beneficial massages and facials to address them. We use organic, vegan and sustainably sourced oils and essences to create the ultimate eco-luxury experience. Naturally, the signature experience at the Spa is our copper bath ritual for two.

Float Spa

 125 Church Road, Hove BN3 2AN,

I had a really lovely experience at Float Spa on Church Road in Hove. From the moment you walk in, there’s a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to switch off from the outside world and take some time for yourself. The whole experience feels relaxing and restorative, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind, de-stress and recharge.

The surroundings are peaceful, the facilities are excellent, and the attention to creating a comfortable, relaxing environment really makes a difference. It’s a wonderful way to escape the pressures of everyday life, whether you’re looking for some much-needed relaxation or simply want to try something a little different. I came away feeling refreshed and glad I’d taken the time to visit.

Float Spa is a real find in Hove, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a little peace, quiet and wellbeing.

Sea Lanes Brighton

Sea Lanes Brighton, Madeira Drive, Brighton BN2 1TB

Sea Lanes Brighton is a standout coastal destination that blends wellbeing, movement, and community with Brighton’s unmistakable seaside energy. Set directly on the seafront, it offers a refreshing alternative to traditional gyms or leisure centres, with an atmosphere that feels open, modern, and purpose-driven. The outdoor swimming pool is the heart of the space—invigorating, beautifully maintained, and framed by uninterrupted sea views that make every visit feel restorative.

Beyond swimming, Sea Lanes excels as a holistic wellbeing hub. Studios, fitness spaces, and social areas are thoughtfully designed, encouraging both focus and connection without feeling crowded or performative. Everything feels accessible and welcoming, whether you’re a regular cold-water swimmer or simply curious to try something new.

What truly sets Sea Lanes apart is its sense of balance: energising yet calm, social yet spacious. It captures Brighton and Hove at its best—active, inclusive, and closely connected to the sea. A place that leaves you feeling stronger, clearer, and uplifted.
